Message: They came out same day as called to assess. Next morning window was replaced and payment received. After technician left and I could take a look, I saw a long narrow gap where the glass didn’t meet the frame. They were informed and as soon as we could coordinate a time, a different technician came out and was able to move the glass around to get all four sides sealed. Techs and the ones answering the phone and email were professional.
