Message: Ponsell Heating Air Conditioning is the air conditioning contractor who installed several air conditioning systems in new homes located in Laurel Island Plantation, Kingsland, GA. My home built in 2004, Ponsell Heating Air Conditioning and their family of service technicians has continually serviced my home twice a year. Concerned with interior air quality caring for both my father and mother-in-law with illnesses, at the same time, the original heat pump reached its end of service life, Tommy Ponsell offered options with equipment descriptions to upgrade my A/C system heat pump and whole house fan. New equipment installed; I have hospital grade indoor air with equipment cooling costs less than the original installed system. Rachel is exceptional at scheduling service dates suitable with my work schedule coordinating other appointments service technicians have in Kingsland. I appreciate Zach answering my questions to improve my equipment preventive maintenance. He identifies the overall part condition with emphasis on any discoloration or changes in normal operating noise. During the 2022 Spring service, I noted an abrupt stopping of the heat pump condensing fan that that I mentioned to Zach who inspected the fan discovering lubricant seepage from the fan bearings. Zach requested the fan be ordered and was installed under the heat pump warranty. Customer service is a priority from the owner through his team members.

Message: Other A/C companies told me "it will be weeks before we can send someone out to do your home maintenance check", but Ponsell came out the next day. Not only checking everything, but also dismantling outside unit just to power wash/clean inside and out. ADDITION TO MY INITIAL REVUE... I had a cooler go down in the front of my gourmet food walk in retail location. Ponsell came out and determined that the fan motor cooling the coils had stopped working, took the serial number of the unit and told me they'd order the part and return to repair/install. Well, things happen sometimes and they totally dropped the ball for 2 weeks until I contacted them again wondering where the replacement motor was and when would it be installed. To my surprise, they admitted that they had screwed up on this repair and would now order the part - but here's the good part.. they had it shipped overnight air and their repairman showed up 3 days later to install. They ALSO decided to reduce their fees on this job/parts/labor/shipping over 50% of the initial estimate in order to make up for their error. Now, THIS is a rarity in todays business environment where most companies do a song and dance, giving excuses and not reducing any fees. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ON SO MANY LEVELS NOW!
