We needed a full home exterior painting to include all HardiPlank siding, trim, doors, chimney, porch floors, exterior stairway, porch railing, garage doors, and staining front door; plus fence, pergola, and gates. Interior included selected rooms, stairways, and a couple ceilings. Pat is extremely professional, punctual, and educated us about how to better care for our home in the future. Message: Earthly Matters’ Jorge and Cesar did a fantastic job on my Indian Hills Ranch exterior paint job. I am a very demanding homeowner that expects a quality job for a fair price. I also write up detailed contracts for all of my home repair projects on exactly what I want done, how I want it done, and exactly the type of paint to use. I had three different painters refuse to take the job just because of the contract. Earthly Matters took it on.. Jorge and I walked the house and reviewed all aspects of the repairs I wanted done, new PVC fascia, multiple paint colors, and how many coats I wanted. Their team was top notch. I interacted with them daily throughout the job. Cesar is a true professional. You can tell him and his team take a lot of pride in their work. Message: Adam Craft was super helpful and professional in helping us to repair our roof. We had two small leaks that turned out to be more complicated than the estimate he gave us. Rather than up charge us, his crew completed the extra work without any additional charge. That’s what I call customer service above and beyond the call of duty!

Message: Earthly Matters’s representative Patti Fuller met with me timely to provide me with a quote to paint the outside of my house. She then came with her crew to ensure that all requirements were understood and met. During the entire process, Patti was always available, at the least by text to which she responded quickly. Her crew was amazing. I spoke primarily with Vidi but all members were courteous, professional and friendly. Vidi was amazing, completely available to discuss any concerns or comments I had. When they left, they not only put everything back as it was, but they cleaned the entire area. Having said all that, the very best part was the quality of their work. I could not be happier looking at the transformation they were able to pull off. Earthly Matters came to me recommended by a friend, and I now want to HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any paint job you may have.

Message: Just finished having my house exterior painted by Earthly Matters. They did a superior job, including replacing a significant amount of wood that needed special attention. They showed up on schedule, cleaned up after themselves every afternoon, and completed the job on time. I work through Brian Shapiro and he was excellent at giving me updates and addressing additional items I needed looked at. They worked with me on the choice of paint brand. When the job was over, they put back everything that had to be removed in its proper place. I highly recommend them for your painting needs.

Message: Pat and his crew did a great job diagnosing a leak in the roof around my chimney. I got estimates from several roofing companies, and while Earthly Matters was not the cheapest (but also not the most expensive) they were the most thorough in diagnosing where the leak was coming from, so that it could be fixed right the first time. The crew which performed the work was outstanding and worked very hard. I am involved in home remodeling and can attest that they did the job correctly without needing to be watched.
