Message: I was a new customer for DHC and they were recommended to me by my neighbor. They came to me in another county within 2 hours the same day I called. I knew I was probably going to need to replace my ancient AC unit. I was given the option to repair but it would be expensive and I chose to get a new unit. In 2 days technicians were there to install my new unit. I had one small issue with my thermostat and they were there the next morning to correct it. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to call on them again, or recommend them to a friend. Regarding the lender issues some have complained about, maybe DHC can explain that the lender may have additional charges beyond their control. My bottom line is that DHC was fair and above board with me and I was not charged a penny more than my quote.

Message: One word.. AMAZING! I called at the last minute to get my gas light turned on and inspected. They came out the same day. Even though they were booked. Josh really was nice. He didn’t have to come out. But he did. They were affordable and nice. He went above and beyond to make sure he explained how to use the equipment off changes are needed. I will always use them. And I suggest you do the same!
